Due to hygiene and health reasons, lingerie items sold by SAEVRA are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

In the rare event that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Items that have been worn, washed, had their tags removed, or have the hygiene seal opened are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

We kindly recommend reviewing product descriptions and size information carefully before placing your order.
